Autool em160 forklift battery charger is an advanced fully automatic intelligent charger that can charge 24V and 200ah-300ah lead-acid batteries. The whole process only requires plug into the power supply, turn on the power switch and it will be charged automatically. There is no need for manual monitoring during the whole process, and the power will stop automatically when it is full-charged.It also has a variety of protection functions such as reverse polarity, over-voltage, under-voltage, over-temperature, short-circuit, which is safer to use.
Working instructions:
1. Connect the battery connector first, then connect it to 220V power supply, turn on the power switch, and the machine will output current and voltage for 3-4s after self-checking. The digital display shows the current and voltage, the charge indicator lights up (red), and the charger may cause a slight noise. When the battery is fully charged, the full indicator (green) lights up.
2. The digital display shows that the voltage and current are zero, and the fan will stop after a delay of 60-120s. When the charger is over temperature and over current, the error light is on (yellow) and the digital display shows zero voltage and current.
3. After charging is complete, turn off the power switch, then unplug the power cord, and finally unplug the battery connector.
Precautions:
1. Be sure to distinguish the "+" and "-" poles when using the charging machine available for 24V, 200ah-300ah lead-acid batteries.
2.Make sure all connections are made with the power off. The correct order is to connect the battery connector first, then connect to the 220V power plug, turn on the power switch, confirm that the ground wire is connected reliably and there is no looseness, and finally connect the power plug in the power supply on.
3. Do not use the type of charging port to start the engine, which is easy to burn out the gauge and the engine.
4.Avoid operating in strong sunlight or rain, and do not allow water or rain to enter the machine.
5. Avoid working in dusty areas or environments with corrosive gases.
