Description
Autool ct500 gdi fuel injector 6 cylinder cleaner & continuous injection tester is a big improvement than ct400 which fits the latest gdi design. It can clean and test standard injectors, efi, fei injectors, as well as gdi injectors such as for mercedes benz, bmw, audi, porsche, ford, and other direct injection engines. It comes with multiple voltages for GDI injectors, allowing customization for different types of injector tests. The machine is the necessary and preferred equipment for automotive service and maintenance, research and teaching departments. It has a smart screen where you can choose three languages, English, Spanish and Chinese. Support for more cars and motorcycles. can only be used to clean diesel injection nozzles. The cleaning liquid is 3m auto injector cleaning liquid and the test liquid is industrial alcohol. its working voltage range is 110-230v.

Gasoline Direct Injection is a technology that injects fuel directly into the cylinder and mixes it with the intake air. Compared to conventional injectors, the use of GDI can help improve engine efficiency and specific power and reduce exhaust emissions. ct500 not only supports gdi, efi, fsi and other types of injectors, but also compatible with common standard injectors. The ct500 is available in three voltages to drive the GDI injectors 12V, 70V and 120V which basically covers the injectors of most vehicle brands in Europe, America and Asia.

01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning liquid with the ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities in the injectors.
 
02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate engine idle speed and test fuel injector condition.
 
03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the fuel injector condition.
 
04. High speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high speed performance of the engine and test the fuel injector condition.
 
05. Acceleration test: Simulate the car's acceleration condition and test the fuel injector performance.
 
06. Variable speed test: Simulate the variable speed of the vehicle and test the working performance of the injector.
 
07. Leak test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
 
08. Idling speed spray bar its test: Simulate the idling condition of the engine and test the spray performance of the injector.
 
09. Medium speed spray ability test: Simulate the engine at medium speed and test the injector spray performance.
 
10. High speed spray bar its test: Simulate the high speed condition of the engine and test the spray performance of the fuel injector.

13. Reverse Flush: Reverse flush is a way of cleaning the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Backflushing can remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector iebs (only for the upper injector).

How to choose test liquid?
The test fluid is used to test and evaluate whether the performance of the injection valve is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-caustic and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate different working conditions of the fuel injector as a medium. To achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, it is recommended as an alternative to use medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% instead of the test fluid.

How to choose cleaning liquid?
Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. To achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional ultrasonic cleaning fluid for injectors. If it is not available locally, it is recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid. Note, however, that the effect may not be good enough.
