It is an injector solution expert with 11 injector specific functions
01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning liquid with the ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities in the injectors.
02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate engine idle speed and test fuel injector condition.
03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the fuel injector condition.
04. High speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high speed performance of the engine and test the fuel injector condition.
05. Acceleration test: Simulate the car's acceleration condition and test the fuel injector performance.
06. Switching speed test: Simulate the switching state of the vehicle and test the working performance of the injector.
07. Leak test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
08. Idling speed spray bar its test: Simulate the idling condition of the engine and test the spray performance of the injector.
09. Medium speed spray ability test: Simulate the engine at medium speed and test the injector spray performance.

CT160 Auto Fuel Injector Tester Cleaner how to work:
1. Clean injector's outside with cleaning liquid before open machine. Putting injectors in ultrasonic bathtub to the outside of injector are free from dirt. the cleaning liquid does not exceed the connection port of the pulse line.
2. Turn on ultrasonic system allowing the ultrasonic energy to remove any particles build-up inside the injectors. After cleaning, the remaining cleaning liquid can be recycled.
3. Fixed injectors on main engine, testing injectors for resistance, shorts, and current ties. The test liquid can be added to half of the glass tube.
4. Perform leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate check on flow bank. The injectors are now returned to the flow bank for checks of all functions.
