Autool ct400 gdi fuel injector 6 cylinder cleaner and tester is a great upgrade that adapts the latest GDI design.
It can clean and test standard injectors, efi, fei injectors, as well as gdi injectors such as for mercedes benz, bmw, audi, porsche, ford, and other direct injection engines. It comes with multiple voltages for GDI injectors, allowing customization for different types of injector tests. The machine is the necessary and preferred equipment for automotive service and maintenance, research and teaching departments. 01. Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning liquid with the ultrasonic vibration to completely remove the carbon and impurities in the injectors.
02. Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate engine idle speed and test fuel injector condition.
03. Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the fuel injector condition.
04. High speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high speed performance of the engine and test the fuel injector condition.
05. Acceleration test: Simulate the car's acceleration condition and test the fuel injector performance.
06. Switching speed test: Simulate the switching state of the vehicle and test the working performance of the injector.
07. Leak test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.

12. Cleaning without disassembly: direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function that requires special adapters.
How to choose test liquid?
The test fluid is used to check and assess whether the injector performance is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate different working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test liquids. As an alternative, if it is not available locally, it is recommended to use medical alcohol with an alcohol content greater than 75% in place of the test liquid.
