Autool ct60 is used to test car injectors to determine if the fuel injectors are stuck, leaking or burning. It is possible to set multiple pulse outputs and set the speed, operation time and other parameters as needed. It is also possible to connect two nozzles for simultaneous operation to compare the sprayability status and spray angle of the fuel injector.


Autool ct60 fuel injector signal generator features:

1. Standard fuels in nozzle type: that is, the car naturally aspirated fuels in nozzle, the DC voltage 12V can drive the solenoid valve in the fuels in nozzle.
 
2. Types of high-pressure fuel injectors: The turbocharged fuel injectors for automobiles, the instantaneous voltage of 75V can drive the solenoid valve in the fuel injector.
 
3. Wide operating frequency range: The operating frequency range can reach 600~4000RPM.

Operation Instruction:
1. Turn off the vehicle's engine and remove the injectors from the engine.
 
2. Connect the pulse output to the fuel injector input connector.
 
3, connect the positive and negative electrodes terminals to the 110V/220V power.
 
4. Press rpm "+"-" button to choose the required analog speed. Press "Start" button, then the device starts to work.
 
5. Select the required injector.
 
6. Put the device into the connection kit, and then press the carburetor cleaner.
 
7. Press the speed buttons "+" and "-", the tester outputs the pulse to the injector, and then the pulse signal indicator lights up. The device starts to work.
 
8. Use self-pressure washer, you need to choose the appropriate connector and connect it well. Press the start button to start spraying and observe the spray status and angle with the naked eye.
