IMPORTANT NOTE
- When connecting laptop, does not support charging mobile phone via USB-A or USB-C female port due to limited power.
Please supply power when connecting to power-hungry devices; only support connecting 1 HDD/SSD at the same time.
- To prevent Wifi interference, you could wrap the line body near type-c port with foil paper, or with the router of 5GHz frequency. Also, unplug ethernet cables and PD charging cables from adapters when not in use.
- For Samsung Galaxy S10 / S9 / S8 / Note9 / 8, it is compatible with Dex Mode through hub, phone system version requires Android 9.0 or above.
- For Xiaomi laptops, we recommend connecting non-original PD power adapters such as Apple, Dell adapters to normal use.
- When the HDMI and VGA output ports work simultaneously, 2 displays ONLY show the same image, and the maximum resolution of both ports is 1080P.
- The 3.5mm audio jack does not support microphone.
