Product Features:
1. The XYZ axis adopts a linear guide transmission design and is equipped with ball screws,
which improves the accuracy during the movement and carving process;
2. The machine uses durable T-shaped aluminum rail profiles to support MDF density boards.
These rails are compatible with various fixture sets, which facilitates the configuration of additional components and maintenance and replacement of individual MDF density boards when needed;
3. The XYZ transmission profile adopts a sealed design, which effectively prevents dust, wood chips and metal debris from entering the transmission structure, thereby improving the service life and operating stability of the ball screw and linear guide;
4. The X-axis uses 110mm x 42mm profiles, the Y-axis uses 68mm x 61mm profiles, and the Z-axis uses 80mm x 38mm profiles, which makes the machine more robust;
5. The machine is equipped with a large-area carving platform of 600mm x 500mm x 100mm, which is quite sufficient for daily carpentry operations;
