The Twotrees RS-200 milling sled was specifically designed for the precise surface milling and leveling of large wood workpieces. With a working area of up to 800 × 1780 mm, it is ideal for large solid wood panels, live-edge wood, tabletops, and epoxy resin tables.
The stable guide system enables smooth and controlled movement of the router or trimmer. This allows for the efficient removal of uneven wood surfaces and subsequent precise leveling to a uniform height.
Large Working Area for Demanding Projects
With a working area of 800 × 1780 × 80 mm, the RS-200 is particularly well-suited for large workpieces that are too large for conventional desktop CNC routers. It is therefore ideal for the production and finishing of solid wood tables, river tables, live-edge tables, and large wood panels.
Tool-Free Height Adjustment
The integrated Y-axis roller guide allows for quick and tool-free Z-height adjustment. This makes it easy to adapt the router table to different workpiece heights.
Flexible Trimmer Mount
The trimmer mount features a four-way adjustable mounting plate. This allows the RS-200 to be adapted to various compatible routers and trimmers. According to TwoTrees, the mount is designed for approximately 95% of common trimmers.
Comfortable X-Axis Handling
The extended X-axis handle provides greater leverage, enabling controlled and comfortable pushing and pulling of the router table.
Secure Fixing
The integrated indexing pin/groove design ensures stable mechanical fixation and prevents the assembly from lifting during machining.
