Instructions:
1. Punch a pilot hole in the workpiece using an electric drill before using the hydraulic punch.
2. Insert the pull rod into the screw of the piston cylinder, then seal the rod with a gasket and guide the rod through the lower cutting rod.
3. Insert the pull rod into the pilot hole and pivot the upper cutting rod through the rod so that the upper cutting rod, the workpiece, and the lower cutting rod are securely connected.
4. Close the spillage valve clockwise and then repeatedly press the hand lever down to activate the piston pump. As the oil pressure increases and the shear force between the die and the cutting die increases, the die will begin punching until finished. After punching, the hand lever no longer needs to be pressed down.
5. Open the spillage valve counterclockwise to release the oil pressure.
6. After punching, the die set should be removed for thorough cleaning.
