For the explanation of recording cable:
The camera has two recording modes. The first recording mode is boot recording. However, in this video mode, the video file generated by the camera is very large, which is inconvenient for video editing.
If you have this false back recording cable, you can set the pre-recording mode with the camera. In pre-recording mode, the camera will not record automatically, but when you press the cable, the camera will record the video 15 seconds before and 15 seconds after you press the button (only 1080p@60fps).
