It is primarily used for turning and rotating round and ring-shaped workpieces, ensuring the workpiece weld is positioned optimally for welding, e.g., horizontally, boat-shaped, etc. It can also be used to secure chucks or specific tools to the table to clamp the workpiece for manual welding, and to hold the workpiece in place for cutting, grinding, assembly, testing, etc. It is particularly suitable for welding flanges, pipes, rounds, and other parts up to 22.05 lbs.

Our welding positioner is made of high-quality steel using a blackening and spray-forming process, making it robust and durable. It features a 2.56-inch diameter, 3-jaw chuck for easy clamping of the workpiece. Furthermore, its low-speed operation and 0-90° tilt angle make welding more challenging components easier. It also includes a foot pedal for starting and stopping the machine, allowing you to focus on welding. It's a great tool to assist you with your welding needs.
