Installation
1. Electrode holder connected to the positive output electrode holder.
2. Sharpened tungsten needles can be ground on the grinder, using the point discharge principle.
3. Tungsten needle can be extended when the welding head is installed at 50mm. Tungsten needle diameter is 1mm.
Steps
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Adjust the power knob to coarse and fine. The scale value can be adjusted according to job requirements.
3. Clamp the workpiece with tweezers. Align the workpiece interface with the tungsten needle (best distance for 5mm) so that it does not contact the workpiece.
4. Press the foot switch (feet away). Welding is complete.
Note:
1. Do not press the foot switch for a long time. Press it immediately. If the foot switch is pressed for a long time, the machine will be short-circuited, which will burn out the internal circuit.
2. This machine is precision-made, please use with care.
3. To avoid eye injury, take protective measures.
4. When the foot switch is pressed, do not touch the metal parts of the tungsten needle and tweezers, as this will cause a tingling sensation.
5. Non-professionals should not overtake, as there is high pressure.
