Surface Roughness Gauge
This integrated surface roughness gauge is widely used for inspecting the surfaces of various metal and non-metal processing applications. It utilizes a high-speed DSP processor, providing features such as high measurement accuracy, a wide measuring range, and stable operation.
USE – Step 1:
Slide the measuring section to the right to expose the sensor.
Note: The sensor is a precision instrument and should therefore be handled with care.
Avoid exposure to expansion, moisture, oil, or strong magnetic fields. Carefully cover the instrument with the protective cap after each use.
APPLICATION – Step 2:
Place the instrument securely on the surface of the object to be measured and press the start measurement button.
The results will be displayed on the screen after the measurement is complete.
Note: To avoid inaccurate measurements, do not touch the instrument or the object being measured during the measurement process.
