Designed for precision and stability
The DXC's helical gear system allows multiple gear teeth to actuate the filament simultaneously. This progressive grip significantly reduces filament deformation and wear compared to conventional straight designs, improving the overall quality of the print surface and minimizing jams.

Dual-Gear Synchronization for Clean Prints
With a synchronized dual-drive structure, the DXC extruder doubles the contact area with the filament. This improved grip prevents filament slippage and ensures consistent, uninterrupted feeding, resulting in cleaner layer lines and more detailed surfaces.
