How it works:
1. Insert the enamel wire to be painted into the center of the tool handle, press the power start switch (manual) or pedal control (fixed), and the motor rotates.
2. Push the enamel wire against the axis direction to the end of the enamel wire, then the film can be scraped off.
3. Release the power switch (manual) or loosen the adjuster (fixed).
4. To replace a job, repeat the above steps.
Wire diameter adjustment and related problems:
1. If the specifications of the enameled wires are different, you can adjust the adjustable speed potentiometer (manual) or adjustable speed control knob (fixed). The wire diameter in the slow direction is small, and the wire diameter in the fast direction is adjustable.
If the film cannot be peeled off, increase the spin speed until it is scraped off. When adjusting the speed, if the enamel wire is cut by the scraper, the speed should be reduced until the requirements are met. According to the above method, by selecting the most suitable rotation speed, the working speed can be adjusted according to the corresponding wire diameter.
2. When scraping the paint to the end of the enamel wire, do not immediately loosen the three blades. When cutting the cutting edge, the separation should wait until the tool stops rotating to avoid the cutting edge suddenly breaking off from the enamel wire and damaging the edge.
3. The shell is made of pressure-resistant plastic, which is safe and reliable.
4. Before scratching the enamel wire, the hand should be smoothed by hand to prevent the enamel wire from reaching the center of the blade.
5. After long-term use and power failure, the safety cover can be unscrewed to remove the peeling powder.
