The latest update of the UV printer features a straight 3.5 cm Hiwin square rail on the X-axis, which is both quiet and robust. Additionally, two straight 4 cm Hiwin square rails are used on the Y-axis, resulting in smoother printing and extending the machine's lifespan. For the Z-axis, four 4 cm straight Hiwin square rails and two screw guides ensure that the up and down movement maintains a high load-bearing capacity even after years of use.

6 Colors + White and Varnish
The new version of the A3 UV printer boasts exceptional color performance. With its CMYK/CL/Lm 6-color capability, it is particularly well-suited for printing images with smooth color gradients, such as human skin and animal fur. The UV printer utilizes a second printhead for white and varnish to balance printing speed and versatility. Two printheads mean higher speed, while varnish provides more options for creating your masterpieces.
Water Cooling + Air Cooling
The new version of the UV printer is equipped with a water circulation system to cool the UV LED lamp, ensuring the printer operates at a stable temperature and thus guaranteeing consistent print quality. Air fans are also integrated to stabilize the mainboard.
Rotary/Flatbed Switch + Printhead Heating
The new version of the A3 UV printer features an integrated control panel. With just one switch, users can change from flatbed to rotary mode, enabling printing on bottles and cups. It also supports a printhead heating function, which prevents the ink temperature from dropping too low and clogging the printhead.
Aluminum Rotating Unit
Designed for high-quality flatbed printing, the new version of the UV printer can also print on cups and bottles with an optional rotating unit. The aluminum construction ensures stability and durability, while the independent motor drive enables high-resolution printing that is far superior to the frictional force between the platform and the rotator.
The rotating mechanism supports additional metal plates of varying diameters to accommodate a wider variety of bottles, including conical bottles. Additional aids can also be used for conical bottles.
Grid film protection film
The new version of the A3 UV printer features a U-shaped metal plate on the carriage designed to prevent ink splashes from contaminating the encoder film and affecting precision.
