This machine is not designed for slicing tomatoes.
Since the feed chute is relatively small, a whole onion won't fit. We recommend halving onions before placing them in the machine.
3. Please adjust the quantity of spring onions (or other vegetables) to the size of the feed chute. (Feed chute dimensions: 73 mm wide, 55 mm high)
One customer mentioned that they expected to be able to fit several bunches of spring onions in at once, but the machine can only handle one bunch at a time.
Please understand that we didn't mention in our descriptions or videos that the machine can handle large quantities of vegetables, as this depends on the actual chute size. If you need to process several bunches of vegetables at once, you should consider purchasing multiple machines and hiring more workers accordingly. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot fulfill unreasonable requests.
