Advantages of the IR3 V2 Belt Printer

1. 100% automatic leveling by the machine after assembly. The printhead with sensor detects the distance to the print bed platform and adjusts the Y-offset by -0.1 to -0.2 mm, ensuring good adhesion to the belt.

2. Metal conveyor belt, primarily coated with PEI. The printing area is warm, which is ideal for sticker models, and its high rigidity prevents tall models from shifting. The model release area is cool, allowing for easy removal of the model from the conveyor belt.

3. Klipper firmware (fully open source)/Fast printing. The printing speed exceeds 400 mm/s. Powered by the open-source Klipper firmware system and featuring very smooth XY-axis movement, the Z-axis is geared and powerful, located inside the roller.

4. Skipped steps detection. When printing a model, there are many reasons for layer shifts/step loss, such as incorrect movement of the X, Y, or Z axes (due to dust or a malfunction in the motion system); models were not properly supported, especially with 45-degree printing, as each layer must touch the belt (incorrect filament temperature setting or the model is too complex and not properly supported); printing speed is too high, etc. When a step loss occurs, it can cause the print head to hit the edge of the printer or scratch the belt. This detection feature stops the print when this happens, protecting the print head and the belt. Then you need to investigate the cause of the step loss.

5. Enclosure Box. For printing with high-temperature filaments like ABS, nylon, etc. Protects the model from deformation and cracking.

6. Extend the Spool Length. For long models, ensure the adhesive on the print side is properly adhered and the model is not bent.

7. Wi-Fi and camera. It can be remotely controlled via phone or computer. With sufficient filament, it can run for extended periods, even when you're not physically present.

8. LED light: You can check the printer's status even in the dark.

9. Filament feed detection: If the filament doesn't advance beyond 12 mm, the printer will pause the print job. Check for filament issues, such as a clogged nozzle or a filament runout. Reloading the filament will allow you to resume printing.

10. Easy assembly and stable printing. Thanks to automatic leveling, it adheres very well, and the metal strip securely holds the models without wobbling.
