Huawei has released a new smart Bluetooth speaker in cooperation with the French startup Devialet. The high-end speaker Huawei Sound X comes with a very low price tag compared to comparable premium speakers from Devialet like the Phantom Reactor.
The Huawei Sound X smart speaker comes with a pill-shaped design in reminiscent of the Apple HomePod or the Amazon Echo. It has six microphones, including an inbuilt directional anti-noise microphone, that you can control it with your voice with Huawei’s Xiaoyi. In addition, you can also control the speaker with its capacitive touch buttons on top. The Huawei Sound X features a 60W dual subwoofer and 360-degree surround sound. Further features are Hi-Res, Virtual 5.1 home theater sound effects, one-touch control, and HiLink smart home control.
The Huawei Sound X smart Bluetooth speaker is equipped with a quad-core processor, 512MB of RAM, and 8GB internal storage. The Huawei Sound X comes wit a metal body that measures 165mm in width, 203mm in height and weighs 3.5kg. For connectivity, it supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0.
