Installation Instructions
1. Place the fixed bracket on the worktable, place the worktable bearing ring on the spindle, then place the feed table on the fixed bracket and remove the gearbox.
... 2. Hold the center drive shaft firmly with one hand. With your other hand, adjust the chamfered gear onto the shaft screw. Then check that the gap between the gears is between 0.1 and 0.2 mm.
3. If the gap is too large, add spacers (1.0 t, 0.25 t, 0.1 t). Repeat steps 2-3 until satisfactory performance is achieved.
4. Tighten the handle to begin adjusting the sleeve parallel wrench and the chamfering jig. Slightly rotate the handle to feel for any misalignment between the two. If there is any, repeat steps 3-4 to add more spacers. If not, proceed to the next step.
5. Remove the handle, add a suitable gasket (Φ43 x φ33), adjust the gap between the dial and the chamfer wheel, and secure it with a retaining ring.
6. Adjust the handle, tighten it securely, and rotate it gently. It should normally move smoothly without any play.
7. Finally, adjust the gears and limit switches.
Power Switch and Reset Switch
"1. The right power switch is 'On'." The left switch is closed. A red light will illuminate when the machine is switched on.
2. The red round button on the right is the reset switch. In case of machine overload, press the reset button to cut the power. The operator must reduce the cutting load and then press the reset switch to resume operation.
Forward Button and Quick-Reverse Button
1. After switching on the machine, turn the power switch. Turn left to feed to the left and screw in Versa mode.
"2. The middle button is the 'Quick-Reverse Button'." Pressing and holding the button moves the tool quickly to the left. Releasing it returns the feed table to normal speed.
Speed Control Knob
The speed can be adjusted according to operating requirements, from 0 to 9.
Microswitch
"Normally, the switch should be in the 'Feed' position." "For jogging exercises, simply switch to the 'Forward' position." to position “0”. Hold the switch down until it moves to the desired position.
“Note: To stop jogging, first turn the power switch to position “0” (off). “Then turn the jog switch to the “Feed” position.”* Be sure to follow the jog operating procedure to avoid damage caused by incorrect operation.*
