It is a converter that allows your multimeter to measure current data and your oscilloscope to measure the current waveforms. When measuring AC/DC current with the current clamp, a multimeter or scope can directly measure the current up to 65A/650A, with a frequency of up to 20kHz/400kHz. This method does not require breaking a circuit or affecting insulation to measure current.
