Precautions:
1. It is strictly forbidden to cut/bend materials that exceed the specified diameter and strength to avoid affecting the service life of the machine.
2. Before use, the steel bar must be placed horizontally at the bottom of the holder, and the material and the chuck should be at a 90-degree angle to the holder.
3. Release the switch immediately after bending it to the end. Continuous pressure is strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the motor body.
4. Continuous bending/cutting dozens of times. If the pump body is hot, be sure to cool the machine to room temperature before use to avoid damage to the pump body and seals due to excessive temperatures.
5. Regularly check if the base screw of the pool pressure valve is loose and tighten it to prevent oil leaks from affecting the bending strength.
6. Keep the upper outlet hole clear during use, otherwise the oil cylinder will become blocked and damage the machine.
7. Replace the hydraulic oil regularly. It is recommended to use high-quality hydraulic oil above grade 46#. Generally, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3-4 months.
