Introduction
In still photography and video, a matte box is a device used at the end of a lens to block the sun or other light source to prevent glare and glare from the lens. It basically performs the same function as a lens hood and also mounts in front of the lens.
Another purpose of a matte box is to hold glass or plastic filters in place in front of the lens. Today, matte boxes are made for DV cameras and HD cameras for the same reasons as film cameras.
This Fotga DP3000 matt box is specially designed for most dv cameras with wide angle lenses.
It also works with standard 15mm rails, center to center rail distance 60mm.

Swivel: Wide Angle Mattebox has a swivel function. You can easily swing the mattebox without disturbing the camera of the tripod and rail system and mount the mattebox back to the camera in a second. The button on the top of the swivel bracket helps you swing the mattebox from the setup.
2 dual purpose filter trays, supportinh 4 "x 4" filter. One of the 2 filter plates is rotatable, which will be useful when using a progressive ND filter.
French Flag / Side Flags: Flags provide additional glare reduction and improve video quality. The side flags pull out quickly. They can be attached / detached easily. The flags are firmly attached to the mattebox sun visor by a hinged mechanism. The side flags can be opened to the desired length using the small button provided on the flags.
