Electrostatic Powder Coating Machine
The electrostatic powder coating machine is a dry finishing process that uses finely ground pigment particles and resin, which are generally electrostatically charged and sprayed onto electrically grounded parts. The charged powder particles adhere to the components and remain there until they melt and are cured in an oven, forming a smooth coating.

Features and Details
【EXCELLENT QUALITY】 - The powder coating machine is made of high-quality stainless steel; it offers the advantages of rust protection, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. The finish is smooth and even, and the workpiece has no blind spots. High sensitivity and durability.
【DUAL CENTRAL GAS】 – The electrostatic sprayers feature a dual internal gas design, eliminating the need for a needle to circulate liquid powder. This enhances the discharge effect and improves powder application. The rotating, atomized airflow significantly improves coating quality.
【EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE】 – High-flow pneumatic components allow the electrostatic sprayers to achieve higher powder application rates even at lower air pressures. The nozzle is thickened to prevent punctures, resulting in low maintenance.
【CIRCUIT PROTECTION】 – Circuit protection and self-adjusting voltage ensure a perfect spraying effect. The high-voltage module is located near the nozzle, minimizing voltage drop, and the replaceable high-voltage components allow for easy maintenance.
【WIDELY USED】 - Powder coating is widely used in household appliances, hardware, security doors (windows), heat sinks, construction, automotive parts, sporting goods, medical devices, aluminum, and other industries.
Operating Instructions:
Connect all connecting cables and air hoses.
Turn on the power switch (indicator light will illuminate).
Press the trigger on the spray gun to set the required voltage (individually adjustable; recommended voltage is 60 kV-80 kV).
Add powder to the powder feed cylinder.
Press the trigger on the spray gun and set the high voltage. Begin spraying once the powder is dispensed.
Caution:
The grounding wire is connected to the unit and must be connected to the spray booth using a special grounding compound. Workpieces, suspended objects, and supports must be connected to a grounding wire to prevent ground faults from causing discharge noises.
All compressed air must be kept clean and dry, free of oil and water. It is recommended that the customer use frozen and dried air sources. If the customer uses a general oil-water separator, oil and water must be drained regularly in case the coating ratio is affected by water absorption in the air box containing the powder drum, solenoid valve, and air hoses, or by excessive humidity.
If an unusual powder spray pattern (i.e., varying in size from time to time) occurs with new equipment, this is generally due to improper adjustment of the powder feed and air pressures. Powder spray increases when the powder feed air pressure increases. Adjust the powder mixing air pressure to a higher level to ensure a consistent powder spray pattern.
The powder pump and spray gun should be blown out and cleaned with compressed air after extended use.
"Pressure control valves have a locking device where 'push' means 'off' and 'pull' means 'on'." The buttons of various control valves should be set to the correct position (as indicated by a satisfactory powder spray).
Check the following conditions to see if the air pressure is insufficient:
Is the air pressure in the compressor higher than 6 kg?
Is there a leak in the air hoses?
Are the pressure regulating valves in good working order? Generally, the pressure regulating valves are easy to adjust: counterclockwise to the end (off) or clockwise to the end (maximum). Do not adjust them forcefully. If the pressure cannot be increased, do not use the unit until any issues have been resolved.
