How to use it
1. Connect the correct power supply, turn it on, and check that the machine is running properly. The power outlet comes with a spare fuse.
2. Select different scoring lines as needed. Use the tool to adjust the position. The center of the scoring wheel should be exactly in the center of the groove.
3. Check the scale according to the paper size and the scoring position.
4. Adjust the left and right sides.
5. Insert the test paper. Turn on the machine and push the paper over the roller. Adjust the pressure as needed. Pay attention to the paper thickness. Too much pressure will shorten the motor's lifespan.
Once everything is ready, push the paper into the roller to begin operation.
7. Press the dotted line to replace the corresponding installed retraction wheel or blade holder. Set the desired pressure.
A – Positioning screw for tool holder: Loosen the screw; the tool holder can be moved left and right to achieve different working sizes.
Depth adjustment screw for B-groove cutter: Adjusting this screw allows switching between different grooving methods and adjusting the groove depth.
C – Positioning screw for roller slots: Loosen the screw and move the tool holder left and right.

Notes
1. Power not working: Check if the power cord is connected, if the fuse is blown, and if the socket wiring is loose.
2. Turn on the machine, but the motor is not turning: Check if the power switch is engaged, if the motor is securely mounted, and if the connection is loose.
``` 3. The print wheel is not turning: Check if the print wheel is stuck, if it is too tight, if the belt is too loose and slippery, or if the belt is broken and cannot be driven.
4. Incremental tear paper: Check if the print wheel is centered in the print groove and if the pressure is set too high. The pressure on thick paper can be easily adjusted.
5. Shrinkage guard: Check if the soft print wheel is firmly in place and if the side stop is perpendicular. Adjust the paper feed direction by pressing on the left and right print wheels if there are double sets of grooves.
6. If the machine has been running for an extended period, it is recommended to stop it for a few minutes.
7. Please ensure that the center line of the groove projection aligns with the center of the groove cores.
8. Please allow for slight color variations due to lighting and a 1-3 mm error due to manual measurement. Please ensure this is acceptable to you before ordering.
