About the cold pressing and hot pressing mode, please consult with the oil press customers.
1. Cold pressing means that the material is not fried and heated, but directly pressed.
2. Hot pressing means that the material is heated to 60-80 degrees and then put into the press.
3. Regardless of whether cold pressing or hot pressing is carried out, our oil press needs to be preheated. Only the pressing chamber needs to be preheated to about 200 degrees Celsius to allow the oil to separate from the material. If the machine is not heated, the material will only be pressed into a paste and the fat cannot be separated.
4. Cold pressing mode of the material. The normal temperature of the fat is about 40 °, the nutrients will not be lost.
In the hot pressing mode, the oil yield is slightly higher and the oil is more aromatic. The oil temperature is between 60 and 80 degrees Celsius. So the hot press mode is generally suitable for pressing rapeseed, peanut and other low-value edible oils to achieve oil yield and flavor. The cold press mode is generally suitable for pressing walnut oil, linseed, almond, olive kernel and other oils with high nutritional value to ensure that the nutrients are not lost.
