Operation method.
1. Fix the rim to be reshaped with positioning sleeve and firmly fix it on the flower plate of the main shaft with bolts.
2. Find out the position to be corrected on the circumference of the deformed hub and make marking.
3. Correct the deformation on the circumference of the rim with a suitable jacking tool and hydraulic pressure, and round the rim.
4. Find out the position to be corrected according to the different deformation of the shaft, and make marking marks.
5. Correct the axial deformation of the rim with a suitable Jack and hydraulic pressure.
6. After the circumferential and axial deformation correction reaches the ideal use performance, use the cutter to trim the joint between the wheel rim and the tyre, so as to achieve smooth contact.
7. Through the above detection and correction processing, the deformed aluminum alloy wheel rim can completely achieve the ideal practical performance.
