The caliper press tool is equipped with two groups of pressure boards: 178.x 60mm and 115mm x 55mm, suitable for most single and double piston floating calipers, two and four piston fixed calipers or some six-piston fixed piston calipers (just make sure that the space in the piston saddle can accommodate the spreader.)
Working principle: The spreader can be extended to push the boards in or retracted when finished. (Right next to the counter).
In extended mode, the centrally located ratchet screw creates even pressure on the pressure boards, which can quickly push multiple pistons into the caliper at the same time. Effectively save energy and significantly improve efficiency. Instructions for Use Make sure the sliding boards are centered on both sides. Align the pistons, allow both sides of the slide boards to be pressed at the same time (to facilitate starting, press both sides until the slide boards press on the pistons), turn the handle until the slide boards press the Piston to the appropriate position, finally adjust the switch and pull back the boards to remove the spreader.
