Easy assembly
The system flash is inserted into the adapter in a very simple and straightforward manner. To mount the rectangular system flash, simply insert it into the slot provided. Then tighten the screw of the clamping mechanism on the head of the mount until the flash system is stable and secure.
You can now pass the adapter through the 5/8 male connection on a lamp tripod and tighten it and start pulling.
