Autel MaxiBAS BT608E Battery Tester Electrical System Analyzer With Built-In Thermal Printer All Systems Diagnosis

The BT608E is a touch screen battery & electrical system analyzer, which applies adaptive conductance, an advanced battery analysis method, which produces a more accurate check of the battery's cold boost capability and reserve capacity, vital to determining a battery's true health.

The BT608E can display a quick health status of existing battery, register a new battery and perform advanced battery and electrical system diagnosis. The BT608E's VINscan function allows quick identification of the vehicle and battery specifications. Read/free codes on all vehicles systems. Print or share customized reports via Wi-Fi or print test reports via the built in thermal printer.

The Autel MaxiBAS BT608 can test 6 and 12-volt batteries up to 3000CCA and both 12 and 24-volt output/charge systems. It has settings for flood lead-acid, EFB, AGM, spiral, and GEL battery types.

Three highlights of function:
✔️Reduce Battery Misdiagnosis
✔️Diagnosis Low Capacity Batteries
✔️Reduce Charge & Main Pressure Parts Testing for Discharge Batteries

Advanced Adaptive Conductance Technology:
The BT608E applies adaptive conductance to produce a more accurate test of battery cold boost capability and reserve capacity, vital to determining a battery's health. Compared with the conductance profiling technology, adaptive conductance can provide user with more accurate and faster diagnosis for it uses dynamic load instead of fixed load, which allows adjusting the load according to the environment in the car. Besides, adaptive conductance has 30A discharge (10A for conductance profiling) for faster battery test. The following is the advantages of adaptive conductance technology:

Reduce battery misdiagnosis:
INTERSTATE statistics show that 50% of returned batteries are good and just need charging. With adaptive conductance technology adopted in the battery tester BT608E, the diagnosis accuracy rate reaches 95%, which is higher than conductance profiling with an accuracy of 45%.

Low capacity batteries diagnosis:
Some misdiagnoses of battery problems occur when the battery tester can not quickly identify the battery capacity status. The BT608E battery tester can fix the problems with the adaptive conductance for its poor battery detection rate ups to 63.55%, which is over 15% (56.36%) faster than battery tester with conductance profiling.

Reduce charge & reset for discharging batteries:
Some other battery testers do not perform SOH tests to identify discharge batteries and might do some reset and charge in vain. With the adaptive conductance technology, the BT608E battery tester can quickly detect the battery SOH and save the diagnosis waiting time.

In-vehicle test:
In-vehicle test is used for testing batteries that are installed in a vehicle. An in-vehicle test includes battery test, starter test, and generator test.

1. Battery test:
Following the instructions provided, technicians can do the battery test. The battery test results include a color-coded result summary, a list of test data such as SOC, voltage, measuring capacity, and repair tips. Even if a battery is in a poor state of charge, the battery tester BT608E can accurately test its potential for stored energy without requiring a recharge before testing and speed up diagnoses.

2.starter test:
Mechanics or DIY enthusiasts can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the starter test. Start the engine and let it idle. The test results of the cranking system will be displayed on the screen, the output voltage, starting current and output time.

3.generator test:
By processing the generator test, technicians are able to check the load voltage/current, no load voltage/current, and ripple. The direct test result will also display on the screen to tell whether the charging is normal, and whether there is a problem with the output or ripple.

Print test reports via Built-in Thermal Printer:
BT608E allows DIYers and technicians to print reports immediately after performing a test or later, all reports are stored in Data Manager.

-The internal printer is shipped with two rolls of thermal paper (2.3" wide by 0.98" in diameter). Replacement rolls are available in most stationery stores;
-WIFI printing via the Autel PC MaxiSuite software;
-E-mail/PDF sharing of test report;
-Customization: report title, store information, technician name.

5 auto battery types support:
Out-vehicle test is used to test the condition of batteries that are not connected to a vehicle. This function aims to check the health status of battery only.

Autel BT608 auto load tester is designed to test 6V/12V flooded, AGM, AGM spiral, EFB and GEL batteries with CCA(100 to 3000 CCA), CA, SAE, EN, IEC, DIN, JIS and MCA standards.BT608 can test the battery health condition, provides display instruction guides for battery positioning and testing.

1. state of charge: The amount of energy stored in the battery relative to its capacity.
2. voltage: The difference in electrical potential between the positive and negative terminals of a battery.
3. Measuring capacity: Battery energy storage capacity measured in cold crank amps.

One Touch Battery Replacement/Registration:
1.Auto registration:Auto registration is often used after the successful installation of a new battery, including BMS reset and Electrical appliance reset.
2.BMS reset:The BMS reset function allows you to register a new battery after battery replacement.
3. Electrical appliance reset:When the vehicle power is interrupted in order to replace the battery, and a memory saver has not been used, position settings on some vehicle components will be lost. These settings should be relearned.
4.Special function:Functions other than battery reset are categorized as special functions.
5.Battery usage history (BMW only):Battery usage history function will compare the following three tests: SOC (state of charge) in the last 5 days, Proportion of SOC duration, Estimated power mileage (battery replacement).

Register batteries for 53 vehicle power:
Registering the battery is a necessary step to let your motor control module (DME) know the newly installed battery, and the vehicle will reset the old battery statistics, which will help you avoid the below questions:

✔️Overcharge to shorten battery life.
