The feeder tray sizes are: 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm (Please note the required size when purchasing the machine. If no note is made, we will send a 4 mm feeder tray by default.)
After receiving the machine, first connect the power supply: The power cord should be no less than 6 square meters and no longer than 5 meters. It cannot be connected to a power strip. It must be connected directly from the knife next to the measuring device.
After adjusting the pressure roller according to the video instructions, add gear oil, tighten all the black screw holes on the front, and then add the abrasive we introduced. Add a little water to the ground material and a little more moisture. A small amount. If there are particles, add a little more. If not, adjust the roller further. The abrasive is in powder form. If all the particles come out after grinding several times for 30 minutes and the hardness and smoothness are good, it can be processed normally.
Grinding Pool
Take a sip of water and spit it well into the grinding mixture.
Adjust the clamping roller and grab four small handfuls of abrasive.
(The prerequisite is to adjust the pressure roller.)
When the granular abrasive is used up, add everything.
Repeat the grinding for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, the grinding material consists entirely of particles.
